At Isobel Alexander Interiors we aim to deliver the highest standard of professionalism and best quality artwork. With this in mind, we advise you to read our terms and conditions carefully as stated below, before you place your order.

All artwork sold by Isobel Alexander Interiors is for your enjoyment only and not to be reproduced. We own and control all the copyright and other intellectual property rights in our website and the material on our website.

Shipping
​
We offer complimentary shipping on all of our products, this applies to mainland UK only. For international shipping, please contact us for a quote.
Your order will be delivered by our specialist couriers. We cannot take responsibility if the delivery address specified when your order is incorrect. A phone number is required at the checkout, this is for us to pass onto the courier in case they have need to contact you.
The estimate for deliveries is 3-5 weeks, however we do our best to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
If you would like to add to an order please get in touch, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet we are happy to do this. You can cancel or amend an order providing the item is not in production. We will always do our best to All our items are handcrafted to order, so once this process has begun we are not able to cancel or change the order.

Returns and Refunds
​
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a return within 14 days of delivery via email. You will have 14 days to return the goods to us and you will be issued a refund. Please note that this excludes the original shipping fee. This is on condition that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original inner and outer packaging, in a fully re-sellable condition.

Please be aware that this does not apply to any made to order, non-standard, customised or special order products. This includes all framed products as we do this to order.
Once we have received the goods, please allow 5-10 days for the refund to be processed, the money should appear in your account within 7-10 days depending on the terms set out by your bank. We are happy to arrange the collection of any return and the cost of this will be deducted from any refund due.

Isobel Alexander Interiors reserves the right to refuse a refund on an item if the product is not returned in a fully re-sellable condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items
​
Items should be thoroughly checked upon receipt as any damages incurred at a later stage will be non refundable - you must make us aware of these damages within 24 hours of delivery.

We will ask you to email a photograph of the damage, including the packaging if possible to info@isobelalexanderinterior.com. Please note that without the correct information and images we will not be able to investigate the issue.
